Furniture Removal & Disposal
Wardrobes, beds, tables and units lifted out from wherever they stand — never dumped on the pavement.
The service
How our furniture removal & disposal service works.
Old furniture has a habit of outstaying its welcome — the wardrobe that no longer shuts, the spare bed nobody sleeps in, the unit replaced months ago and still gathering dust in the box room. We collect all of it from inside your home, whichever floor it is on, so you are not the one wrestling a wardrobe down the stairs or leaving it out for the council to fetch.
We come to the item, not the doorstep. Two crew handle the lifting and, where a piece will not fit the stairs or turn a landing, we take it apart on the spot and carry it out in parts. Fixings are bagged, walls and floors are watched, and nothing gets scraped along the hall on the way out.
What leaves your home does not simply go to a tip. Furniture that is still usable is offered to reuse and donation projects; the rest is broken down so timber, metal and foam are recycled separately where facilities allow. Whatever the piece and wherever it sits, you get a fixed written quote first and a room left clear after.

Why book us
What makes our furniture removal & disposal different.
Any room, any floor
We carry furniture out from bedrooms, lofts and top-floor flats — you do not move it to the door for us.
Dismantled if it must be
Beds, wardrobes and units that will not fit the stairs are taken apart and carried out in pieces.
Donated before dumped
Usable furniture is offered to reuse and charity projects rather than sent straight for disposal.
Recycled responsibly
What cannot be reused is broken down so timber, metal and foam reach the right recycling stream.
Two-person crew
Heavy and awkward pieces are a two-hander, so there is no damage to your walls or your back.

Common questions
Furniture Removal & Disposal, asked and answered.
Do I need to move the furniture outside first?
No. We collect from inside — bedroom, loft, garage or top-floor flat — and carry each piece out ourselves. Leave it exactly where it is.
What if a wardrobe won't fit down the stairs?
We take it apart in place and carry it out in sections, then bag the fixings. Large fitted and flat-pack pieces are dismantled on site as standard.
Will my old furniture just go to landfill?
Not if it can be avoided. Anything still usable is offered to reuse and charity partners, and the rest is separated so wood, metal and foam are recycled where possible.
Can you take a single item or a whole houseful?
Both. One tired armchair or the entire contents of a house — we size the crew and van to suit and quote either way.
Do you remove built-in or fitted furniture?
Often yes, where it can be unscrewed from the wall without damaging the room. Send a photo and we will tell you honestly what is possible before you book.
Is there anything you can't take?
General furniture is no problem. Fridges, freezers and anything with hazardous fluids need a note in advance so we handle disposal correctly — just flag it when you message.
How quickly can you collect?
Often within a day or two, and same-day where the diary allows. Message your postcode on WhatsApp and we will tell you the soonest slot.
How do you work out the price?
By what is being removed and the access involved, not by the hour. You get a fixed written quote before booking, so the figure does not move on the day.
Local knowledge, national standard
Furniture removal & disposal anywhere in the UK, without the gamble.
Searching for furniture removal & disposal anywhere in the UK brings up a wall of promises, and no way to tell who'll actually turn up. Here's how we remove the gamble: every job across the UK is surveyed before it's priced, priced in writing before it's booked, and handled by one crew from first box to last.
Because we run UK furniture removal & disposal regularly, our crews arrive already knowing the practical stuff — where a van can legally wait, which buildings need lift bookings, how long the carry really takes. That knowledge is what keeps a fixed quote fixed.
Message us on WhatsApp with what's moving and we'll answer with a real plan and a real number — usually the same day.

How your quote works
One survey, one written number across the UK.
Tell us about your move
Message us on WhatsApp with your pickup, destination and what's moving. Photos or a quick video help us get it exactly right.
Get your written quote
We confirm crew size, van space and timings, then send a fixed written quote. Ask us anything — you book only when you're happy.
We pack and protect
On the day (or the day before, for bigger homes) we wrap furniture, protect floors and doorways, and load in a planned order.
Unload, place, done
At the other end every box goes to its labelled room, furniture is placed where you want it, and we don't leave until you've checked everything off.
Packing & protection standards
What "careful" means when we say it.
- Furniture wrapped, always. Transit blankets and stretch-wrap on every sofa, table and wardrobe — before it leaves the room.
- Mattresses and bedding bagged. Sealed protective covers keep beds clean from door to door.
- Fragiles double-boxed. Glassware, ceramics and artwork packed in double-walled boxes with paper wrap — never loose.
- Floors and frames protected. Runners on carpets, padding on door frames and banisters at both properties.
- Loaded like it matters. Heavy at the base, strapped in tiers, nothing resting on anything it shouldn't. Loading is a skill and we treat it as one.

No two moves alike
What we move across the UK.
Full homes and offices, of course — but also the jobs between: a piano down a narrow stair, a wardrobe that defeated the last crew, boxes to a storage unit, a sofa bought across town. If it needs moving across the UK, it's our kind of work.
Whole properties
Houses, flats and offices — surveyed, crewed and moved on a fixed written quote.
Heavy singles
Pianos, safes, American fridges and garden machinery, moved with the right kit.
Small loads
Part-loads, student rooms and marketplace pickups — priced for what they are.
The people doing the lifting
Crews you'd let into your home. Because you are.
A removal is personal — strangers carrying your life down the stairs. Our movers are trained, insured and turn up in uniform with the van equipped: blankets, straps, trolleys, floor runners. The crew lead walks the job with you before anything moves and checks it off with you after the last box lands.
And because the same crew stays with your move end to end, the person who wrapped your glassware is the person unwrapping it.

Access & parking
Parking and access across the UK, handled in advance.
Every quote includes a parking and access plan: where the vehicle stops, how far the carry is, whether a smaller shuttle van makes sense for a tight lane or a private road. We ask about it at survey because it's the single most common thing other quotes ignore — and the most common source of "extras" on someone else's invoice.
Narrow terrace, rural track or high-street flat above a shop across the UK — the plan is made before the day, not improvised on it.
Short notice?
Same-day and next-day crews.
We hold capacity for urgent work. If your dates just collapsed — a completion pulled forward, a tenancy deadline, keys that have to go back — message us now and you'll get an honest answer in minutes: an arrival window and a fixed price, or the earliest real alternative.
