Hot Tub Removal
Drained, disconnected, cut down if it has to be, and carried out — even the ones sunk into decking or wedged down the side.
The service
How our hot tub removal service works.
A hot tub is easy to install and miserable to get rid of. It's heavy, full of water, often wired into the mains, and just as often boxed into decking or crammed down a side return with no clear way out. Our hot tub removal service handles the whole thing — drained, disconnected, taken apart if it needs to be, and carried off your property in one booking.
Access is the real job, and we plan for it. Where a tub won't come out whole, we dismantle or cut it into sections that will — freeing it from decking, lifting it over fences, or working it through a narrow gap beside the house. Panels, shell, pumps and cabinet all come out, and the deck or base is left ready for whatever you're doing with the space next.
Once it's out, it's gone for good. A hot tub isn't kerbside waste — the acrylic shell, insulation, pumps and framing are separated and recycled where they can be, and the rest disposed of responsibly as a registered waste carrier. You get your garden or patio back, and the old tub never becomes your problem to store, sell or fly-tip.

Common questions
Hot Tub Removal, asked and answered.
How much does hot tub removal cost?
We quote it in writing after you send photos and a short video — no number over the phone that changes on the day. Size, how it's installed, the access route and disposal all shape the price, so we price the actual job in front of us.
My hot tub is built into the decking. Can you still remove it?
Yes — this is one of the most common jobs we do. We free the tub from the surrounding decking, lifting or cutting away boards as needed, and take it out in one piece or in sections. We can leave the deck intact around it or open it up, whichever you prefer.
There's no clear way out to the road. What then?
We plan the route before the day. Tubs come over fences, through side gates or down narrow passages, dismantled into sections where a whole shell won't fit. Send a video of the full path out and we'll work out the method in advance.
Do you disconnect the electrics?
We isolate and disconnect a plug-in tub ourselves. If yours is hard-wired to the consumer unit, that final disconnection should be made safe by a qualified electrician — tell us at quote and we'll advise on the cleanest way to handle it.
What happens to the hot tub after removal, and what does disposal cost?
Disposal is included in your written quote — there's no separate charge added later. The acrylic shell, insulation, pumps and framing are separated and recycled where possible, with the rest disposed of responsibly as a registered waste carrier.
Do I need to drain it before you come?
No — draining is part of the service. If it's convenient to empty it beforehand it can speed things up, but leave it to us if you'd rather. Just don't disconnect anything yourself unless you're confident it's safe.
Can you take away an inflatable or smaller portable tub too?
Yes. Inflatable and plug-in portable tubs are straightforward — deflated or lifted out, loaded and taken away. The same photo-and-video quote applies so we bring the right vehicle.
Will removing it damage my patio or decking?
Our aim is the opposite — we protect surfaces on the way out and work carefully around fixed decking and paving. Where boards have to be lifted to free the tub, we agree that with you first so there are no surprises.
Local knowledge, national standard
Hot tub removal anywhere in the UK, without the gamble.
Searching for hot tub removal anywhere in the UK brings up a wall of promises, and no way to tell who'll actually turn up. Here's how we remove the gamble: every job across the UK is surveyed before it's priced, priced in writing before it's booked, and handled by one crew from first box to last.
Because we run UK hot tub removal regularly, our crews arrive already knowing the practical stuff — where a van can legally wait, which buildings need lift bookings, how long the carry really takes. That knowledge is what keeps a fixed quote fixed.
Message us on WhatsApp with what's moving and we'll answer with a real plan and a real number — usually the same day.

We pack and protect
On the day (or the day before, for bigger homes) we wrap furniture, protect floors and doorways, and load in a planned order.
Unload, place, done
At the other end every box goes to its labelled room, furniture is placed where you want it, and we don't leave until you've checked everything off.
Packing & protection standards
What "careful" means when we say it.
- Furniture wrapped, always. Transit blankets and stretch-wrap on every sofa, table and wardrobe — before it leaves the room.
- Mattresses and bedding bagged. Sealed protective covers keep beds clean from door to door.
- Fragiles double-boxed. Glassware, ceramics and artwork packed in double-walled boxes with paper wrap — never loose.
- Floors and frames protected. Runners on carpets, padding on door frames and banisters at both properties.
- Loaded like it matters. Heavy at the base, strapped in tiers, nothing resting on anything it shouldn't. Loading is a skill and we treat it as one.

No two moves alike
What we move across the UK.
Full homes and offices, of course — but also the jobs between: a piano down a narrow stair, a wardrobe that defeated the last crew, boxes to a storage unit, a sofa bought across town. If it needs moving across the UK, it's our kind of work.
Whole properties
Houses, flats and offices — surveyed, crewed and moved on a fixed written quote.
Heavy singles
Pianos, safes, American fridges and garden machinery, moved with the right kit.
Small loads
Part-loads, student rooms and marketplace pickups — priced for what they are.
The people doing the lifting
Crews you'd let into your home. Because you are.
A removal is personal — strangers carrying your life down the stairs. Our movers are trained, insured and turn up in uniform with the van equipped: blankets, straps, trolleys, floor runners. The crew lead walks the job with you before anything moves and checks it off with you after the last box lands.
And because the same crew stays with your move end to end, the person who wrapped your glassware is the person unwrapping it.

Access & parking
Parking and access across the UK, handled in advance.
Every quote includes a parking and access plan: where the vehicle stops, how far the carry is, whether a smaller shuttle van makes sense for a tight lane or a private road. We ask about it at survey because it's the single most common thing other quotes ignore — and the most common source of "extras" on someone else's invoice.
Narrow terrace, rural track or high-street flat above a shop across the UK — the plan is made before the day, not improvised on it.
Short notice?
Same-day and next-day crews.
We hold capacity for urgent work. If your dates just collapsed — a completion pulled forward, a tenancy deadline, keys that have to go back — message us now and you'll get an honest answer in minutes: an arrival window and a fixed price, or the earliest real alternative.
